Gordon Matthew

Gordon Matthew founded TMS after 10 years as CEO in Private Equity backed technology businesses, primarily in business turnaround and transformational roles.

Since launch, TMS has assisted over 20 businesses, all of which have seen improved performance. TMS has a long, established track record in delivering sustained improved performance and subsequent growth, in a significant number of discrete businesses.

In 2015, Gordon Matthew was nominated and shortlisted for Institute for Turnaround SME Turnaround of the Year.
